When a tradition is cruel, we must abandon vitement
My heart fails me whenever I read quelqu'article a festival in honor of a saint who always end cruelty to animals.
Inuit, Innu, etc.. use the subterfuge of "tradition" to continue to massacre seal and keep out of sled dogs in winter even if they are walking Now snowmobile.
But do not think that it only happens elsewhere. The Quebec Iles-de-la-Madeleine, hunters, which are subsidized by plank, spend their lives on welfare and unemployment insurance, but trying to convince us that because of tradition, they need massacre of seals on the ice. They are liars
more. They try to convince us that these are the seals that have eaten the cod catches have dropped as well. Error: this is the overfishing of their gang and others from Asia and elsewhere to clear our ocean with their nets that drag the bottom and pick up EVERYTHING.
When passing under the guise of tradition heinous and cruel acts, whether against children or animals, it is necessary that society wakes up and complains otherwise it becomes an accomplice. These practices may have been accepted in the Middle Ages, but with our means of communication, we know better. It promises to be a civilized society but is allowed to perpetuate these acts of cowardice or hypocrisy.
Hunters Islands have found receptive ears on the Ottawa side of the poor and money is now used to promote the fur and flesh of seals in Europe that does Yet none of it. That the Chinese
accept our dirty fur, this is not a reference, we know how they flay alive cats and dogs to remove their skin. Of no heart as they say. Is it necessary to offer them something as horrible as our seal hunt as an example? They know how to be cruel by themselves.
If Quebec and Canada want to set an example for developing countries, these hunters must drop their cruelty, their false pretenses and show the world a civilized face of compassionate people. Otherwise, you have nothing to teach anyone. It is at ashamed to be Canadian!
I find myself having no compassion for hunters who have accidents, whose ship is trapped in the ice or who do not return home. But I put them on the same footing as rippers dolphin and whale hunters. And those do not impress me either and hypocrisy gives me high heart.
