cases of cruelty accumulate

After months of cogitation, Geoff Kelley and his group have submitted a report to the Ministry of Agriculture has released this week.

Everything the group managed to get this are $ $ $ the government (our taxes of course) through which they associate with Anima-Quebec, an organization that has not even been able to perform the task for which it was created. When unable to associate with incompetent, there is not much hope and animals are always the losers. It

20 inspectors promised for next year mainly to inspect the puppy mills. When we know that these same agencies and inspectors have no factories closed for a long time, we should say that small mothers trapped in lousy places to be raped to six months to make puppies. They should be told that maybe, possibly, they will be released when the authorities deign to think about finding a solution. This is far from done. Unfortunately, small mothers can not commit suicide when they kill their babies. I suspect them to be more intelligent and compassionate as morons who make their money with the pet.

Meanwhile, cases of cruelty are reported to us two days across the province and we have no authority to intervene. If we call the police because there is a burglary in the Criminal Code, instead of doing the survey, they will call the pound. But the cruelty, it already exists on a large scale in these rotten pounds, with the tacit cooperation of our elected officials and corrupt inspectors.

Poor animals! Who will protect them?

Last case of cruelty in the running: Operation Felix was created to help a colony Cats in Danger at Ste-Julienne. Through the dedication of extraordinary women guided by the refuge's Michelle Chamours, most cats were collected, sterilized, adopted or placed in shelter care with another lovely woman, Joanne.

That it had a few cats on site, including the busy lady. We just learned that there are still holes-the-ass in this sector of Ste-Julie who kill cats. The other did it with a shovel but this one was fine. is the message I get : Mrs ... .. told me that her neighbor found her dead cat, it of an autopsy and found the meat with pieces of bulbs and ground pins for stitchers. He cut all the intestines. It's disgusting!

We have evidence now, it remains only the police to investigate. But it will not happen, even if you make a complaint. We have already seen that, after a few days, the sergeant ordered to close the file. They did not understand a guy who kills animals and then humans will attack. But that the police did not learn in their courses.

Barnotti had the annoying habit every time he announced situations like that, say, the SPCA will investigate. Spca obviously never investigated. He even went so far as to offer $ 500 for information, money he never had to pay because the record fell dead, like the poor cat.

Here is a perfect example of the disinterest of the police to protect animals. Okay, it happens in the U.S. but police behavior is the same everywhere: a stupidity that suggests that they receive more $ $ $ unless they reflect. So there is a policeman who had two bullets in the head a cat 19 years old, deaf, who had ventured outside its territory and entered the garage next door. See his photo at the beginning of this text. There is supposedly an internal investigation as only the police know how to hide their misdeeds, but nothing will happen. As the officer from UK who left her two dogs died in the car to the great heat while he was inside of the post in charge.

I am shocked by the Labor Day 2009 shooting death Of The
Wesner family's 19-year-old cat Tobey in Raymore, Missouri. I Understand
has Raymore Police officer fired bullets Into the Two elderly cat's head, wrapped the body
inside a plastic bag and tossed Tobey into a city dumpster.

As you know, Tobey had slipped out of his house and roamed into a nearby
garage where a neighbor forced him out with hose spray. Raymore police were
summoned to apprehend a "large, vicious, feral cat." Though Kelly Wesner
describes her six-pound cat as declawed, deaf, and on prescription meds -- a
supervisor directed an officer to "put [the cat] down" in a remote area.
Unbelievably, no one involved with the cat's slaying has been penalized.

I trust that an unbiased internal investigation is underway. If inquiries by
the police department and/or Humane Society of Missouri warrant animal
cruelty charges, these officers should be prosecuted under Missouri Revised
Statues, Chapter 578. Punitive action is reasonable, whether Tobey's killing
stems from malicious intent or stupidity. At the very least, the unprovoked
killing of a family's companion animal denotes police misconduct.

When officers encounter any animal perceived as sick, aggressive, or feral
-- they should know how to neutralize the animal without resorting to lethal
force. I commend Captain Roger Mayberry for arranging such training after
Tobey's death. Officers ought to be able to distinguish anxiety, fear and
protective behaviors from genuinely hostile or diseased behavior. If they
can't, an experienced animal control officer needs to make that decision.

Circumstances in the case do not make sense. If police believe Tobey had
rabies, why did they destroy his head and discard his remains? Certainly
they know that the brain of any potentially rabid animal is preserved for
analysis. Moreover, this was not their decision to make. Strays, even those
deemed dangerous, are taken to shelters rather than gunned down in fields.

Armed law officers displayed an utter lack of judgment. Their response was
inappropriate and demands your utmost attention. Please inform me of any
progress in this disturbing case.

Partout sur cette planète, ceux-là mêmes qui sont chargés protect humans and animals use their weapon to attack them. Obviously still snowmen. Women save babies and animals from a horde of rotten felt very strong because they have a gun in his belt. After being harassed by police for 10 years of Mascouche, I lost all respect for these morons who think only congratulate them for a big laugh for bold actions stupid and irresponsible.
