-On 1 March 2007, he denounced the contract to provide service restorer then in place, Yara Prestige for the following reason: the restaurant needs work, we must launch a public tender to find a new supplier for them.
However, the contract signed between Yara Prestige and IMA clearly states that the IMA is to achieve the maintenance work (this is the first contradiction of this dubious record, there will be many more ). Note that Yara Prestige is an SME that has been created to work at the IMA, and therefore has no other holdings.
Stranger still, Mr. Baudis then asked the conservator to shorten this up on his notice of departure for a month, so "that the successful candidate can do the work in the month of August 2007 ": strange, again, as if the die was already cast.
-During the following months, the IMA will ask many times in the Yara Prestige company to provide information on its workforce, to the application of article L122-12 of the Labour Code relating to recovery of personnel engaged in an economic entity to be transferred. Yara Prestige will respond to all requests for IMA.

-Months pass, and in August 2007, employees of Yara Prestige organize and write to the Chairman, Mr Baudis, to inform them of their concern about the future of their jobs. Indeed, no buyer has been officially named, although rumors all agree to designate as Noura holding the rope. Mr Baudis
answer so cynically to employees telling them that if there is delay is because of YARA PRESTIGE who have not provided the record office in time (this is a lie that vraisenblablement several letters may put evidence). importantly, he said that Article L122-12 does apply when the arrival of a new buyer.
- On 1 September 2007 , employees go to the IMA to continue their work, and are expelled from the site. The IMA then glue the posters "In work" on all its eateries.
-same day, Mr. Baudet (the Deputy Chief Executive of the IMA) inform the manager of the company Yara Prestige signed an exchange of letters with the Sté Nour for the operation of restaurants IMA, and that coordinated YARA-PRESTIGE were sent to company Nour for the implementation of the L122-12.
-The exchange of letters will be adjusted on 1 October 2007 with the signing of a contract between the IMA and "Nour IMA, which will be a subsidiary of Nour, who will operate the restaurant areas of the Institute.
NOUR should therefore take over the employment contracts of employees engaged in restoration at the Institut du Monde Arabe, as the appplication of Article L122-12 advocates, and as requested by the donor orders (IMA) in all correspondence relating to the transfer of the entity Enom.
However, NOUR refuses to resume work contracts since 1 September 2007, while Article L122-12 is likely to apply (the precedents exist, the activity is always the same, namely the operation of the catering areas IMA and contracts are very clear on this point), and is of public order. In addition, the IMA said the L122-12 in at least a dozen letters to Yara Prestige and its employees between May 2007 and September 2007.
Employees therefore find themselves in a deplorable position on 1 September 2007, without work or wages. For several weeks, they protested Using the CGT on the forecourt of the IMA, but without much result.
Indeed, Dominique Baudis has told them repeatedly, orally that feed the resume and that he could count on his word.

In other words, we can afford to say Mr Baudis does not seem concerned about this serious problem faced by these workers: what to say except that well recognized here an act of "political animal" who does not hesitate to put 35 people in a very bad situation (not including entire families who depended on these posts) and is not interested in the consequences of these acts, as this does not affect his image or person.
